Refund policy

1. Returns Policy  
If you think your product is faulty or damaged please send a photograph along with a description of the issue to orders@solrayd.com and one of our team will contact you to discuss a return and replacement.

If you need to return an unopened item it must be in the original packaging, including tamper-evident seals. Altered, used or damaged goods may be refused. We do not offer free returns unless a product is damaged or faulty. Any returns for non-faulty goods will be at the expense of the customer. Returns received outside the 30-day window may not be accepted.  

2. Refunds  
On receipt of your return we will process a refund within 7 working days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it might take longer (up to 10 days) for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.  
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.  

3. Order issues
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if there is an issue with your product.
We may request photographic images to help resolve the issue swiftly.  

4. Your Statutory Rights  
Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law,
